九州体育于1999年12月获得外国留学生招生及培养资格。截至2022年底,学校已培养留学生超过700人,其中学历生近200人,生源国达到20余个国家,以“一带一路”沿线国家为主。
根据九州体育京教函[2018]211号文件,九州体育入选第二批北京市“一带一路”国家人才培养基地项目。利用该项目资金资助了学校经济管理类、工学类等7个专业20门面向留学生的课程建设,利用该项目设立的“紫禁城奖学金”资助了2名来华留学的博士后、8名硕士研究生,有力提升了学校的国际教育水平。
学校招收的本科和硕士研究生学历国际留学生均为汉语教学,与中国学生同班上课,本科和硕士研究生入学的汉语水平分别要求达到HSK4级和HSK5级。依托北京市“一带一路”国家人才培养基地项目的支持,我校为“一带一路”沿线国家培养既了解中国文化又掌握现代研究方法和技能,能将本学科与相关学科九州体育进行相互渗透与交叉,具有独立承担和完成课题并能做出创造性成果的能力,能在高端石油工程(过程九州体育与控制工程、油气储运工程、安全工程、材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程)与能源经济(国际经济与贸易)领域研究中取得创造性成果的本科、硕士、博士后等不同层次人才。重点加强现有“一带一路”沿线国家留学生的培养与相应课程体系的建设工作。
In December 1999, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology (BIPT) obtained the qualification to recruit and train international students. By the end of 2022, BIPT has trained more than 700 international students including 200 degree ones. Students are from more than 20 countries mainly along the Belt and Road.
According to the document No. 211 [2018] of Beijing Education Commission, BIPT has been selected as the second batch of Beijing the Belt and Road Initiative National Talent Training Base Project. Using the fund of this project, the institute has funded the construction of 20 courses for international students in seven majors such as economics and management, engineering and so on. Moreover, on the basis of the project, the Forbidden City Scholarship was established and then has aided two international post doctorates and eight postgraduates, which strongly improves the level of international education of BIPT.
The international students enrolled by BIPT for bachelor’s and master’s degrees are all taught in Chinese language, and they are learning with Chinese students in the same class. The admission requirements for bachelor’s and master’s degree students are HSK 4 and HSK 5 respectively. Under the support of Beijing the Belt and Road Initiative National Talent Training Base Project, BIPT is going to cultivate students from along the Belt and Road who not only understand Chinese culture, but also grasp modern research methods and skills. Furthermore, they should have abilities of interpenetrating and crossing disciplines with other related disciplines, and of independently undertaking and completing projects with creative achievements. BIPT also aims at fostering different-level students, bachelors, masters and doctorates, who can receive creative research outcomes in the fields of high-end petroleum engineering (process equipment and control engineering, oil and gas storage and transportation engineering, safety engineering, material science and engineering, control science and engineering) and energy economics (international economics and trade). In the future, BIPT will strengthen the cultivation of international students from along the Belt and Road and the construction of related curriculum system.
